ThermoMaven F1 Turbo Digital Meat Thermometer, 0.5 Second Instant Read Food Probe, ±0.3°C, IP67 Waterproof

ThermoMaven F1 Turbo Instant Read Thermometer

For cooks who want professional speed and accuracy, the ThermoMaven F1 Turbo reads the temperature in just 0.5 seconds. It is certified accurate to ±0.3°C against NIST standards across -49.9°C to 299.9°C, and every unit comes with its own calibration certificate. That level of precision matters for steak, sous vide finishing, sugar work and bread.

Tough Enough for Daily Use

The F1 Turbo is IP67 waterproof and its foldable probe has been lab tested more than 10,000 times, so you can rinse it under the tap after every use. Unfold the probe and it wakes instantly; the bright backlit display auto-rotates for left or right-handed use and sleeps after 30 seconds to save battery. A temperature lock keeps the reading on screen, and built-in calibration keeps it accurate over time.

Why It Works

• 0.5 Second Reading: NIST certified ±0.3°C.
• IP67 Waterproof: rinse after use.
• Auto-Rotate Backlit Screen: left or right handed.
• Magnet and Hook: always to hand.

Care Notes

Hand wash or wipe clean only and do not soak. The built-in magnet sticks to your fridge, oven or grill, and a hook hole lets you hang it up. The F1 Turbo also meets CE, FCC, NSF and RoHS standards, so it is suitable for keen home cooks and busy kitchens alike. For an accurate reading, push the probe tip into the thickest part of the meat, away from bone and fat, and wait for the number to settle. UK food safety guidance suggests a core temperature of around 75°C for poultry, minced meat, sausages and reheated leftovers, while whole cuts of beef and lamb can be served at lower temperatures to suit your taste. Rest large joints for 10 to 20 minutes, because the temperature keeps rising slightly as they rest. Wipe the probe with hot soapy water or an antibacterial wipe between raw and cooked food to avoid cross-contamination, and check accuracy now and then in iced water, which should read 0°C.
